Delivery policy
After payment confirmation, we review the submitted request and start the agreed service work. Most small support tasks are reviewed within 1 business day. Larger setup tasks receive a delivery estimate before work begins.
Refund policy
Customers may request a refund within 7 days if the purchased service has not been started or if the delivered work does not match the agreed scope. Completed custom work and already delivered support hours may be non-refundable, except where required by law.
Cancellation policy
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing period. After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

We only collect information required to provide support: name, contact details, service request information, and technical details shared by the customer. We do not sell personal information.
